Please give details of all people in your group who will be attending the ceremony and the meal.

If any of your group have special dietary requirements please give details with the name of the guest in order to ensure the caterers make the necessary arrangements.

Please note that due to space and catering restrictions only people on the ceremony invitation list are able to attend the meal.
